With over twenty years experience Philip Fortuna is multi faceted within the appraisal industry as an appraiser, educator and expert witness.

Our client base includes Banks, Mortgage Companies, Law Firms and Commercial property owners or buyers. Our Commercial coverage area includes many counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Fees and turn around time for Commercial Assignments will vary according to the complexity of the assignment. Your completed assignment can be delivered via the internet or the US Postal Service.
