Our Residential Appraisal division prepares all report options including limited or complete: URAR, Condominium, Multi-Family, and Relocations. We are able to meet your needs in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, please review our coverage area now.
Our office automation will allow you immediate information on outstanding orders. We strive to remain on the cutting edge of technology within the industry. Reports completed with our office software, WinTotal 2000 by Alamode, can easily be sent via the Internet, as an e-mail, and down loaded with the Adobe Acrobat Reader (click here to download a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat reader.). We are Lighthouse enabled which allows our assignments to be translated into Polaroid/ACI format.
If your company has Internet access and a color printer assignments can be sent to you the same day they are completed.

Fee Schedule
Residential Appraisal - The fee for a Residential Appraisal starts at $275.00 and will contain pertinent data and photos.
Commercial Appraisal - The fee for a Commercial Appraisal starts at $750.00. Commercial fees are set according to the complexity of each individual assignment. Please call our office for an accurate fee quote.
Litigation Support - Courtroom testimony is available on a per diem or hourly basis. Please contact our office when ordering this service.

Home Appraisal Products - Fortuna & DiFlumeri is approved by many major lending institutions. We strongly urge home owners and buyers to contact your lending institution first to confirm that we are on their approved list. In the event that we are not approved with your lender we will provide the necessary documents to become approved.
