Residential Division
Gina Fortuna, ASA, IFA is the head of the residential division. She has been a member of the ASA since 2018 and a member of NAIFA since 2004. She is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been appraising for over 30 years. Gina is an expert at the New Jersey Shore in Atlantic and Cape May counties as well as a real estate broker in Pennsylvania.
